I was listening fine, but now?
If you listen for an extended period of time you may have to refresh or reload the page. Sometimes the player might just briefly loose contact with the stream, clicking play again may not be the solution, instead try to refresh.
What about my IPhone?
- Go to the itunes store and search for “shoutcast” It will be the first app.
- Install the app and launch it.
- From inside the app search for “chillax fm”.
- Click on the station and tune in.
- When listening to the station you will see a star in the top right hand corner, clicking this will add it to your favorites.
Or we have our own app….
Web app mode?
For some users in web app mode you cant really see your phones’s battery life, time or anything across the top of the phone due to the websites colors and those of the phones. IN this case you can just pull the app down to revel the info when needed. Refer to the image below.
Yes you can listen on your kindle fire if you follow the steps below.

- Launch winamp
- Click on “shoutcast”
- In the search bar at the top type in Chillax FM and search it.
- Click on Chillax FM after the search finds it and start listening.
Can’t hear anything? Do you see a play or a pause button? You want to see the pause button because that means its playing, click on the gear icon in the top right of your kindle fire (the options). Go to volume and adjust it. You should hear it now.
What about other devices?
This website has a mobile version that will allow you to listen to the radio right there by clicking the play button, you can’t miss it.
However we are aware that this for some reason does not work with android devices. The android app is awaiting an update. The android app is available now and works fine but its ugly, the coming update will fix that.
Good stuff, may i suggest something?
Hopefully through listening you have got the feel of what we are going for here. If you feel you have an artist or a song that you feel will fit well here then you may suggest it for sure.
I can’t listen on Internet Explorer?
While i will admit that Internet Explorer has come along way it still is a buggy browser that choose to function and display websites as it see’s fit and not to the true web standards. The many contusions on my head proves that i have been hitting it against the wall trying to get things working with I.E. but in the end it comes down to the fact that the browser is sub-par. I recommend first firefox, second chrome.
However its not all doom and gloom, you can still listen through your windows media player. If your on I.E. simple click the smaller windows media icon, it will prompt you to open or download a file, click open and your windows media player will launch and you will be tuned in.
The playlist is ever evolving…..
We add more tracks almost daily as we find (or come across) more music that fits in well here. You can always contact us with suggestions on songs that DON’T fit or song suggestions you think WILL fit.
